Fremantle Hospital and Health Service's campuses include Fremantle Hospital itself, Kaleeya Hospital in East Fremantle and the Rottnest Island Nursing Post – a community facility located on Western Australia’s major tourist island.

All are part of the Western Australian South Metropolitan Area Health Service.
